1. Services
Mentivoralis offers personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats focused on inner development and leadership presence.
Refund Policy for Services
Clients may request a refund up to 24 hours before a scheduled coaching session. Approved requests will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Alternatively, clients may reschedule one session at no extra charge. For workshop registrations, all sales are final due to limited seating and preparatory resources; no refund is offered. The workshop policy ensures quality and commitment of all participants.
2. Digital Products
Digital Products include online courses, guided meditations, and e-workbooks delivered electronically.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Upon approval, funds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. No refund is available after 7 days or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed, as digital materials are immediately available.
3. Physical Products
Physical Products include books, meditation kits, and other mailed items.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
Customers must notify Mentivoralis within 14 days of receipt to initiate a refund or exchange. Items must remain unused and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the items, funds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
